This project focused on visually establishing HO’s brand identity and clearly expressing its core role of “connecting people with opportunities.” Beyond creating a logo, the goal was to translate the company’s values and vision into a visual language that
reinforces its credibility and professionalism. The design balances a solid and stable image with a forward-looking message, highlighting HO’s commitment to fostering growth for both job seekers and employers.
The symbol, derived from the English initials “HO,” also serves as a brand landmark. Its interconnected structure expresses the strength of networks and trust, intuitively showcasing HO’s role as a bridge between candidates and employers. The bold form conveys stability, while the intersecting lines symbolize connection and growth, embodying the brand’s core values.
